Funding development projects
Securing funding for a project is an ever more competitive task in the current economic climate. Banks and funders demand a good return on investment with as little risk as possible.
It is important to fully understand your proposition and to undertake in depth research to evaluate the proposition before submitting a proposal to a bank or fund. A poorly presented proposal will not achieve a favourable outcome.
The profitability of the scheme is paramount in the securing of funding whether it is a development or an investment. The key is the extraction and maximisation of profit and returns and this may involve specialist tax advice and company structuring.
