Damp
Damp is an area with which surveyors should be familiar. You should understand where it comes from, how to diagnose it and which remedies should be applied.
You can use a variety of equipment and tools to measure and monitor damp, as demonstrated in numerous case studies.
You should also be familiar with which elements of the law apply when working with damp.
