Contract administration case law
Given the contractual basis, to which must be added the possibility of duties of care in tort, it is not surprising that contract administration has generated a large and important body of case law.
It is important that this should be understood by contractors who have to deal with them, by clients who depend on them and above all by the contract administrators themselves.
This section covers, among other things, examples of provisions, project management, duties: contractual and tortious and limitations and duration of obligations.
This section is maintained by Hugh Saunders of 4 New Square.
