High hedges
Problem hedges can, in extreme cases, lead to violent disputes between neighbours. This section outlines how a high hedge is assessed, the legal aspects to consider, the law covering high hedges and the guidance developed that is typically used for dealing with high hedges in England and Wales. Variations in law and procedure in the devolved administrations are also described.
This section is maintained by Dr Jon Heuch of Duramen Consulting.
