Completion notices
This document is only available with a paid isurv subscription.
The completion notice procedure allows a local billing authority to deem complete a new building that is not actually complete. The valuation officer can then enter the notionally completed hereditament into the rating list.
Note that if the hereditament, though vacant, is in fact complete a completion notice is not required...
