Removal of an arbitrator

Section 24 of the Arbitration Act 1996 gives the court discretion to remove an arbitrator, on application by a party, on the following grounds:
justifiable doubts as to impartiality
lack of required qualifications
physical or mental incapability or
failure or refusal properly to conduct the proceedings, or to use all reasonable dispatch in conducting the proceedings,...
