Technical competencies

You must achieve the following 5 core competencies:

• Applied sustainability;
• Building control inspections;
• Construction technology and environmental services;
• Fire safety; and
• Legal/regulatory compliance.

Plus 1 of the following:

• BIM management;
• Contaminated land;
• Planning; and
• Works progress and quality management.
