Right to manage: case law outcomes and stakeholder impact

Case law continues to inform our understanding of right to manage legislation. This section informs property managers about the impact this case law is having on stakeholders – those parties that have a legal interest (stake) in any part of a residential communal scheme.

'Right to manage' refers to the provisions set out in Pt 2, chapter 1 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (CLRA).
