Works that require public notice
This document is only available with a paid isurv subscription.
Public bodies must advertise certain large contracts for works or services by ‘public notice’.
‘Public notice’ is defined within the Regulations (as amended) as:
“notice published, pursuant to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, on the UK e-notification service (as defined by those Regulations)”.
