IChemE
This section looks at IChemE contracts, the form these take, who uses them and on which projects.
All contracts are an expression of how the risks associated with a particular project are divided between the parties. Having a risk register agreed at the outset of a project, with clear identification of risk responsibility and effect, together with probability of that risk occurring, assists in dealing with the work.
