isurv is easy to use; please see our help page for key features.
You will need to log in to isurv using your email address and password (the email address is your registered address at rics.org).
You can reset your password and change your details.

Do I have to be a member of RICS to subscribe?
No. Subscriptions can be set up for your organisation. This allows everyone in your organisation to get access whether they are RICS members or not.
Do I have to give details of everyone in my firm that wants access?
isurv is set up to allow individuals to get access and it is the same login for the member zone on rics.org.
Do I have to pay for every user to get access?
No. isurv subscriptions are based on concurrent use. If you only have one licence, only one person can access the site at a time. It is up to you to decide how many concurrent users you will need.
Do I need to download any software to get access?
No. isurv is an online-only service – all you need is access to the internet. However, you may need the relevant software to view downloadable files such as PDFs.
