Making sense of boundary disputes CPD certificate
A boundary cannot be seen or identified. However, property occupiers and owners usually plant, erect or build boundary features, such as hedges, fences or walls. It is these features that provide clues as to the location of the boundary itself but also trigger boundary disputes. This module provides advice on how to identify boundaries and ideally avoid disputes.
