Using comparables CPD certificate
Valuation by comparison is a process of identifying similar or substitute properties that have been sold, analysing the sale prices achieved and the relevant market data and establishing value by comparison. Comparables will rarely be identical so adjustments need to be made. This module provides details on identifying comparables and the method of using them, dependent on the type of property.
