Biography

Tamsin Cox was called to the Bar in 2005 and has been in practice at Falcon Chambers since completing pupillage there in 2006. Tamsin’s practice encompasses all areas of real property and commercial and residential landlord and tenant law. Her recent work has included matters relating to easements, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, enfranchisement, dilapidations and rent review.

Tamsin is a member of the Property Bar Association, the Chancery Bar Association, and the London Common Law and Commercial Bar Association. She regularly delivers lectures on property law matters and writes articles for periodicals, including the New Law Journal. She is the Sub-Editor of the Handbook of Rent Review.
