Biography

Charlotte Mawson has worked for The Property Ombudsman (TPO) for 12 years, with a decade's worth of experience resolving complaints as an adjudicator and adjudicator manager. Charlotte has also been responsible for the development of numerous consumer and industry guidance documents used by consumers and businesses alike, and ran a joint working project with the First-tier Tribunal. She is currently TPO's policy manager.
