Biography

Simon Davis is a senior building surveyor with the National Trust, based in the London and Southeast region. He has a wealth of experience both in the private sector and with the National Trust working on heritage buildings and conservation projects as well as traditional surveying disciplines. He is a chartered building surveyor and is a Certified Historic Building Professional.

He has worked on projects and buildings of many types including repair and conservation, refurbishment, alteration and extensions to Grade I, II* and II listed buildings.

Simon has presented an RICS Global Webinar and published an RICS Built Environment Journal article on work he has carried out with the National Trust at its first building, Alfriston Clergy House.
