Biography

Polly Graham MRICS gained a BSc (Hons) in Property and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2012. She joined Savills in 2015 and works within the specialist leisure and trade-related team across the UK and Europe. Polly is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Working locally, nationally and internationally, Polly has comprehensive leisure (including holiday accommodation, visitor attractions, sports and water- based properties) expertise and valuation experience for loan security, litigation, development, investment, tax, accounts or strategic information purposes.

Polly also specialises in the valuation of trade-related properties including education, wedding venues, food processing, horticultural, and waste and recycling; and deals with private and corporate clients.
