Biography

Vincent Harney is the CEO at Anisorian Real Estate and is a chartered valuation surveyor (MRICS,MSCSI), a chartered accountant (FCA,FAIA) and chartered tax advisor (CTA). He has more than 25 years' experience of property development internationally, in the UK, Ireland, Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. His specialisms include financial modelling, development appraisals and international taxation of real estate. In the UK, he has been heavily involved in indirect taxation for property development companies and international tax for real estate.

He is a member of the Sustainability Working Group of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI), a Policy Committee member of CEPI (European Real Estate) with a remit on Sustainable Energy, a board member of the North and East Housing Association and regularly provides CPD to RICS and the SCSI membership.
