Roland Finch, BSc FRICS ACI.Arb, is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 30 years’ construction industry experience in both the public and private sectors. He was the principal author for NBS Preliminaries and Project Management content, has written many articles on a variety of health and safety topics and is a contributor to Croner-i Health & Safety. He is the author of the NBS Guide to Tendering for Construction Projects, and the co-author of BIM for Construction Health and Safety, both published by RIBA Publishing.
Roland is a member of the RICS North East Regional Board, a former member of RICS UK QS and Construction professional group board, and a former Director of the Property Research Trust.
