Joseph Shijimon is a Construction Data Analyst at RICS. With over 20 years industry experience, Joseph has a contracting and development background, started his career as a junior engineer and eventually practiced as a quantity surveyor. He had been certified as a Cost Engineer/Professional in 2011 by AACE International and having a quantum of experience working in a variety of projects in building and civil engineering sectors. 

Currently, Joseph utilises his broad range of technical and commercial experience in the construction industry to provide reasoned cost data information for BCIS at RICS.
