James Pegrum, BSc(Hons) MRICS, is a Partner with over 20 years’ experience, and works in the Utilities and Infrastructure sector as a Land Consultant predominantly dealing with water industry work. Alongside dealing with a variety of water projects, James is responsible for strategic advice to the team, training, policies, processes and management information whilst also leading on stakeholder management and statutory compensation matters. Prior to specialising in Utilities and Infrastructure, James worked in the rural sector, dealing with estate management, rural property sales, valuations and other general practice work.
