Expressed concrete frame. The brick infill has been constructed without any provision for movement. As a result, the brickwork has been distorted and reconstructed - see the lighter coloured patches in the bottom two panels above and below the first floor slab. Note also the poor weathering details to the top of each panel which has caused bands of staining to the brickwork.
