	(a) The flue pipe is wrapped in soft insulation that is almost certain to be asbestos-containing.
	(b) This is a closer view of the flue shown in (a). Not only is this insulation likely to contain asbestos but because of its age, it is likely to contain ‘blue’ asbestos, the most dangerous type. This exposes the occupants (and the photographer) to a health risk.
