Ben Aspinall is a senior development consultant with over 25 years’ professional experience across planning, development and regeneration. He has extensive experience in financial modelling, feasibility studies, options appraisal, development briefs, developer selection, procurement, site disposal, and commercial development negotiations. His skills are regularly required to model affordable housing, CIL, brownfield regeneration projects and strategic greenfield urban extensions for both Local Authorities and developers.

Ben has full membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute as well as being a Member of the RICS. Ben is a General Practice surveyor, Registered Valuer and also an RICS ACRETM Civil Commercial Mediator. Ben is a regular speaker at RTPI conferences on viability matters and until recently was a Non-Executive Director of Connect Housing Association.
