Vanessa Griffiths is an Associate in the Leasehold Reform team at Knight Frank LLP, based in their head office in Baker Street. Vanessa assists both leaseholders and freeholders with claims under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 and the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (as amended).
