Summary

The landlord gave an undertaking that she would commence the business of a greengrocer 'as soon as practicable' if she obtained possession. The court found that, due to the landlord's ill health, it was unlikely that she would be able to carry on the business, despite her hopes that she would obtain assistance from close family. The undertaking, while not made in bad faith, was of little worth.
