- Summary
-
The precarious nature of the tenant's living arrangements constituted a 'reason' connected with the tenant's use or management of the holding within ground (c). On the facts, the tenant carried on the business of breeding greyhounds and resided in a van stationed unlawfully some 100 yards from the kennels. The satisfactory continuation of his breeding activities depended on the tenant's ability to continue to reside sufficiently close to the kennels. If his business suffered, the landlord would be prejudiced.
