Stan Hornagold FRICS is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with extensive experience in major infrastructure projects. He was an adviser to the UK and French governments for the assessment of bids for the Channel Tunnel and was the Programme Director for the delivery of London Underground’s Public Private Partnership.
Stan is the author of the Business transformation toolkit which provides management advice for all types of businesses through an online platform and he assists professional practices to prepare and implement effective business strategies, marketing and sales processes and financial management. He has delivered leadership courses to a wide range of businesses.
He is also the author of Business management for aspiring professionals and co-author of Financial management for aspiring professionals, both of which are part of the RICS’s executive education programme.
