Mark Wheeler has over 30 years’ experience of the construction industry and has worked in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Far East. Mark is a building services engineer and quantity surveyor by original background and has a number of legal qualifications including a law degree. He was called to the bar in 2003, and is an accredited practising mediator. Mark has acted in over 100 adjudications and is also Chief Executive Officer of Driver Group.
Mark specialises in complex disputes, disruption claims, and various forms of contract including the NEC contract; in which he has published papers, and delivered training extensively. When acting as an expert witness he deals with M&E technical matters, M&E quantum, and building quantum.
