Graeme N Bunn BSc MRICS ACIArb is the Managing Director and a shareholder of Fleurets based in their London office and heads the London Pub Team.
Graeme specialises in all aspects of professional consultancy including rent reviews, lease renewals, company asset valuations, securitisation valuations, bank valuations and a variety of general consultancy issues. He primarily deals with properties in Central London and the southeast of England. Graeme also has specific responsibilities for professional consultancy work carried out in Scotland and in relation to leisure property including health and fitness clubs.
Graeme regularly acts as an expert witness in relation to arbitration referrals concerning disputed rent reviews. He has also acted as a single joint expert witness in relation to matrimonial proceedings and professional negligence actions.
Graeme is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
