Chris Vowles BSc (Hons) FRICS is a chartered surveyor, Director and the Head of Valuation Medical at Christie + Co, where he has worked since 2008. Chris has substantial experience of valuing all types of medical properties with a particular emphasis on Doctors, Dentist, Pharmacy and Veterinary. This has included the valuation of a number of national and regional portfolios of independent dentists, GP surgeries and two of the largest Veterinary referral hospitals in the UK.
