Simon Trees qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and joined Nelsons as a Partner in 2011. Specialising in in dispute resolution, property and construction litigation and cross jurisdiction disputes, Simon has extensive experience in tackling the difficulties inherent with multi-jurisdiction contracts and the recovery of cross jurisdiction debts.
