Milton Silverman has advised and written upon auction law for many years, and has written extensively for various RICS publications including regular articles in the RICS Property journal, featuring also in the RICS Building surveying journal and RICS Construction journal. Milton has lectured at Sotheby’s Institute and abroad, writes monthly legal articles for the Antiques Trade Gazette and various other publications. In recent years he has been particularly involved in Leasehold Reform Act claims.
