Biography

David Rusholme FRICS is Director at LHR Chalkhouse Ltd. He was previously Head of Professional Services at Chestertons based at the headquarters office in Central London. He was formerly  Director of Valuation at RICS for 3 years in the RICS Valuation Professional Group.

David has more than 35 years’ experience in the industry and previously held partner positions in firms such as GVA Grimley and Atisreal. He runs his own practice and has undertaken specialist valuation assignments worldwide.

David regularly contributes to conferences, webinars and other events on valuation issues.
