Chris Netherton BSc (Hons) BDMA Sen.Tech MIEnvSc has over 20 years' experience in project management and fulfilment in the disaster mitigation phase of property damage including emergency property drying, mould remediation, smoke removal and odour control. Specialising in wet peril training, technical and forensic advice, disaster restoration supply chain management, dispute resolution, audits and best practise reviews, troubleshooting and ‘surge’ management.
Chris' recent assignments include the restoration of multiple English Heritage listed properties in the UK; the best practice review of the supply-chain of a major UK insurer in flood surge events; serving as an expert witness; and providing technical advice service for the settlement of FOS (Financial Ombudsmen Service) complaints.
