Professor David Mosey is a Partner at Trowers & Hamlins and Head of the Projects and Construction group.
With more than 30 years' experience of UK and international construction and engineering law, David is author of PPC 2000, the award-winning standard form of project partnering contract and co-author of SPC 2000 the specialist partnering contract and the TPC 2005 term partnering contract.
In 2010, he edited Ten Years of Partnering Contracts, comprising 26 PPC/TPC case studies that can be downloaded free from the PPC website.
