Steven McKay MRICS is a chartered building surveyor. He has extensive experience in contract administration and construction project management and undertakes a variety of professional building surveying services, such as dilapidations, party wall matters, due diligence, building diagnostics and defects analysis.
Steven is currently working in the rapidly-expanding North West of England, part of what has been called the Northern Powerhouse. Working for Naismiths, Steven continues to deliver project management, contract administration and professional services to a range of clients across the commercial and residential sectors.
