Asli Mandi, MRICS, is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and member of RICS with 14 years' construction experience in Middle East, Europe and CIS countries with a total project portfolio of approximately 3.5bn US$.
She specialises in contracts and procurement management, claims, interface management on major EPC and EPCM works in both Contractor and Owner organisations. She has knowledge and experience of FIDIC, NEC and JCT contract forms.
Asli is currently working as a Contracting Manager in the Brussels’ office of Yara International of Norway. She is responsible for project procurement management, including establishment of project specific execution and procurement strategies, formation of EPCM/EPC contracts and major contracts according to defined strategies, management of EPCM/EPC and other key contractors.
