David Mackmin BSc MSc FRICS is retired. He is a former Emeritus Professor of Real Estate at Sheffield Hallam University. David has written extensively on valuation. His books include The Income Approach to Property Valuation with Professor Andrew Baum and Nick Nunnington; Modern Methods of Valuation with Eric Shapiro and Gary Sams; and the Valuation and Sale of Residential Property.
