Mark Loveland BSc (Hons) MRICS is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience. Mark is a trusted advisor and has advised both private and public clients on all aspects of pre- and post-contract matters. Mark provides a depth of knowledge and a technical capability that benefits even the most challenging of projects. Both private and public sector clients appreciate Mark's diligent approach and cost understanding and he has advised on projects across sectors in both the UK and internationally.
Mark is an APC Chairman and provides training for APC and written content for RICS.
