Geraldine Laing is a senior member in BLP’s market leading Engineering, Construction and Procurement team. She advises on a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects including commercial developments, infrastructure, education and transport.
Geraldine has more than 15 years’ experience advising clients from various industry sectors (and their funders) on the procurement, drafting and negotiation of standard form and bespoke building contracts, professional appointments and related documentation and associated contracts, as well as PFI/PPP projects documentation.
