Biography

Doug Wass is a member of Macfarlanes’ construction and engineering group and advises a wide range of clients including employers, contractors and funds on domestic and international construction and engineering projects. He acts in relation to court, arbitration and adjudication proceedings. In particular, he has represented clients in a number of High Court trials and Court of Appeal hearings.Doug’s arbitration work has included major ICC and LCIA arbitrations. Doug also regularly advises clients in relation to mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Doug has an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration from King’s College, London. Doug is also a Solicitor-Advocate.
