Tim Jones is a Director of Atherstone St. James Ltd. He is a chartered building surveyor and experienced construction and infrastructure project manager.
His expertise includes the management of construction, civil and engineering projects as well as over 30 years experience of surveying buildings to assess defects.
Tim previously held the post of Head of Sustainability for Coventry City Council, managing district heating schemes and renewable energy programmes. He has also managed an energy management consultancy and was chair of trustees for a waste management charity. Tim contributes to the RICS Construction journal, writing articles on the assessment of professional competence. He also is an RICS APC trainer and coach.
