Luke Hankins, Managing Director of BPM Group, is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES). He is a graduate of Nottingham Trent University and holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering and Commercial Management. Since 1998 Luke has amassed a wealth of experience in civil and mechanical engineering projects, as well as commercial management projects across office, retail, residential, water, civils, utilities, rail, nuclear and infrastructure.
Since 2014, Luke’s company, BPM Group, has been at the forefront of pioneering BIM developments; leading the way in innovative BIM solutions. In this capacity, Luke has led teams using state of the art BIM software (including the Copenhagen Metro underground stations development and the Elephant and Castle redevelopment project), gaining the skills and setting the standards for the ever-changing construction industry of the future.

Specialising in quantity surveying, bid writing and BIM implementation and training services, BPM Group has a list of national and international, commercial and residential clients.
