Mark Habib FRICS MIRPM MBA is a chartered surveyor, experienced property manager and Managing Director of Block Property Management Ltd. He specialises in residential service charge management and has done so for over 16 years. He has extensive experience in all elements of residential service charge management, acting for freeholders, resident management companies and right-to-manage companies for all types of communal residential buildings – large, small, hi-tech & multiple blocks – within England, Wales and Scotland.
Mark advises clients on best practice of service charge collection and management, leasehold disputes, company strategy and lease interpretation. He is also working on a research project that he hopes will identify an improved framework for best practice.
