Biography

Laura Winter BA (Hons) MSc MRICS MAPM is a chartered building surveyor and a member of the Association for Project Management, with six years’ experience in the higher education, healthcare and commercial sectors, and a further eight years’ experience in the residential sector. Laura is also a qualified retrofit coordinator in line with PAS 2035, holding a level 5 diploma in retrofit coordination and risk management.

Laura is employed as senior residential projects surveyor at Hamways Ltd, a subsidiary of the William Pears Group. Her role involves the procurement and project management of a broad range of residential projects, as well as leading the Green Pears Committee, ensuring sustainable procurement best practice is incorporated business-wide. In her spare time, Laura is an active member of the Kent RICS Matrics.

Hamways Ltd is a residential property management company, managing the property portfolio and advising on purchases, sales and development opportunities for the William Pears Group.

Hamways’ in-house residential project team is responsible for the development and enhancement of the residential property portfolio through its work on a range of refurbishment and new-build projects. The team specialises in providing options appraisals, managing planning applications and the design, specification, contract administration and project management of residential development projects throughout London and the Home Counties.
