Tanfield Chambers is a London-based set of barristers’ chambers which encapsulates much of what is best about the modern Bar.
The result of a 2001 merger between two established Temple sets of barristers’ chambers, overnight Tanfield became one of the largest sets in London. Since then it has gone from strength to strength, culminating in a short-listing for both The Lawyer Magazine’s 2009 Barristers’ Chambers of the Year Award and The British Legal Awards Chambers of the Year.
