Martino Giaquinto specialises in the resolution of disputes in the construction, engineering and energy sphere and heads Mills & Reeve’s contentious projects and construction practice. Martino has extensive experience of litigation, arbitration, adjudication and alternative dispute resolution of sizeable complex disputes.
He acts for major corporations, local authorities, NHS trusts, universities, contractors, subcontractors and consultants, in an area where fast and effective advice can make all the difference.
Martino is a solicitor-advocate, a mediator and Fellow of Aston University. He holds a first class honours degree and was a double scholar of Lincoln’s Inn.
