Paul Winstone DipBS FRICS MIIRSM ACIArb is a Building Surveyor Director of Watts Group plc and provides health and safety advice for the company. He was the lead author for the 3rd edition of RICS guidance note on Asbestos, published in October 2011 and which was involved in the development of the NIACS personal certification scheme for asbestos inspectors. Paul has written numerous articles on asbestos, spoken at many conferences, seminars and road shows, devised and contributed to OWLION audio programmes and appeared in TEN (Television Education Network) videos. He has experienced the whole spectrum of the asbestos removal industry; providing advice to both public and private clients, carrying out surveys for asbestos, administering asbestos-removal contracts, and has been appointed as an expert witness on numerous occasions. Paul is the author of a College of Estate Management CPD Study Pack titled Asbestos... The Issues.
