Nick Wint FRICS has specific expertise in rent review, lease renewal, valuation, third-party submissions and expert witness work within the retail property market.
He acts as an arbitrator and independent expert on the RICS President's Panel covering retail commercial disputes throughout the Midlands region. He is also appointed to HMCTS to deal with residential valuation disputes including LVT, Housing and Rent Act matters throughout the Midlands.
Nick's clients include a range of major high street, out-of-town retailers and landlords throughout the UK.
He is also a Director of Arbrix, which provides and delivers relevant continuing professional development to all those involved with dispute resolution in the property industry that form the RICS President's Panel of arbitrators and independent experts.
He is also Chairman of Whittington Football Club, one of the few FA Charter Standard Clubs in England.
